  • Accounting Clerk – Planned Giving

    The Accounting Clerk is responsible for maintaining and processing daily activity of trust accounts. Duties include data entry, preparing distributions and annual tax reporting. Serves as backup for other team members as needed. Works closely with and provides customer service to internal departments. This position works both independently and on a team. Must be detail-oriented and familiar with Excel and Word. Accounting education and/or experience is preferred. High school diploma or GED required.

    The Accounting Clerk is reports to the Manager, Planned Giving Accounting.

  • Investment Consultant

    The Investment Consultant promotes the services and ministries of AG Financial Solutions (AGFS) by telephone and by written requests from clients within their assigned region. The IC must be prepared to meet with donors/clients in person, serving as a back-up to other IC’s in their absence. The consultant must be able to screen inquires to determine the services that best suit the individual or organization, keeping accurate records for all clients. As needed, the IC will serve as a liaison between AGFS, legal counsel, financial advisors and the donor/client. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience in financial planning is desired. Qualified applicants must possess good oral and written communication and organizational skills, and must be able to use MS Word, Excel and Windows at an intermediate or higher level. Experience in sales and working in a faith-based environment is beneficial.

    This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Retirement Planning & Investment Solutions.

  • Digital Marketing Coordinator (DMC)

    The DMC will support the development of AG Financial Solutions’ (AGFS) digital/online presence and related initiatives in the areas of web, social media, SEO/SEM, online advertising, analytics, email marketing, and mobile. The DMC is expected to be a champion for digital marketing throughout AGFS – sharing knowledge and ideas as opportunities arise corporately and throughout the various teams. This position requires knowledge of web and mobile-based trends and technologies, experience in providing digital solutions/ideas to accomplish specific objectives, and the ability to work well with others in a dynamic team environment. The DMC will work within the Marketing department and will also work closely with AG Financial Solutions’ digital marketing agency along with IT/IS and the various internal teams/clients that Marketing serves. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Computer Science or other related field and minimum of 2 years' experience in a digital marketing capacity are required. Experience in brand marketing is a plus.

    This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Marketing.

  • Client Services Representative

    Provide client service assistance to retirement and investment clients. Customer service experience is required. Financial background preferred. Must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and be proficient in Word and Excel. HS diploma or GED required. This position is responsible to, reports to, and works directly with the Client Services Manager.

  • Accounts Payable Clerk

    The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing payment for all invoices for AGFS and affiliated entities. The position will also be responsible for processing estate, endowment, and outright gift distributions for the AG Foundation; performing general clerical duties; collecting W9 information and preparing annual 1099s; and assisting the auditors as needed. Previous experience in accounts payable is preferred. Candidates must have strong organization skills, perform 10-key calculator by touch and be able to work in an office environment, both individually and on a team. HS diploma is required.

    This position reports to the Assistant Controller.

  • Marketing Coordinator

    This position works with the Senior Vice President of Marketing and other team leaders to develop and execute marketing projects. The Marketing Coordinator will manage assigned projects in a timely manner while staying within budget and maintaining brand consistency. This position will also provide analytical reporting that will measure the success of marketing initiatives, collaborate with the various Marketing team members, and occasionally support the Senior Vice President with special projects and tasks. The ideal candidate works well independently and in a team environment. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and a basic knowledge of marketing and advertising. Other requirements include strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and project management skills. They must have a knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), be detail oriented, adaptive and have a willingness to learn and serve with a positive attitude and passion for ministry.

    This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Marketing.
