  • Salesforce Administrator

    The Salesforce Administrator assumes day-to-day responsibility for the Salesforce system including: overall system performance, data integrity, security, roles, profiles, permission sets, groups, queues, sharing rules and set up options. The candidate must have a functional and growing understanding of relational database design, SQL Syntax, theory of operation, and real world best practices. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Systems is preferred. Object oriented programming in PHP and Apex is highly desired.

    This position reports to the Manager of IS/IT.

  • Producer

    The Producer is responsible for effectively growing a book of insurance business by renewing and rounding out existing clients through effective client retention methods and by selling new accounts. This employee will develop a business plan each year, which will detail strategies for achieving new production goals. The ideal candidate must be licensed to sell Property, Casualty, Life and Health Insurance and have at least two years of sales experience. A college degree is preferred. Applicant must possess industry knowledge and research skills necessary to gather and interpret information and select appropriate insurance carriers for market. The candidate must have or be willing to obtain a CIC, CRM, and/or CPCU designation. The candidate must be willing to travel.

    This position reports to the President of AG Financial Insurance Solutions.

  • Assistant Facilities & Mailroom Support

    The Assistant Facilities & Mailroom Support position is responsible for doing scheduled routine preventative and on-demand corrective maintenance for the building and grounds of AG Financial. This position will also provide mailing services and facilitation in the area of mail pick-up, delivery, and in-house route mail. A high school diploma or GED is required, as well as some computer knowledge of Microsoft Word and Windows. A knowledge of construction trades and landscaping is helpful, will work closely with the Lead Facilities Coordinator.

    This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Operations & IS/IT.
