AG Financial Solutions

Gerry Hindy, a graduate of Evangel University, joined AG Financial Solutions in January 2006. His professional career began with a regional accounting firm in Pittsburgh, PA., where he became a certified public accountant. Subsequent to that, he pursued building a portfolio of business interests, which included a wide array of businesses in several different industries. During his career, he also played a strategic role in leading several publicly traded financial institutions through unique business combinations resulting in increased efficiency and shareholder value. Hindy has also served on the board and executive committee of Convoy of Hope for more than nine years and has served other churches, colleges and ministries over the past 25 years. Prior to coming to AG Financial, he was the owner and president of LLGC, Inc.

As executive vice president and chief loan officer of AG Financial Solutions, Josh Bartlotti provides key management services for this dynamic and rapidly growing stewardship ministry dedicated to providing capital resources to churches and ministries. Prior to joining AG Financial Solutions, Josh was the senior vice president of a regional mortgage banking institution where he grew and established 11 branches in Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Illinois. He was instrumental in growing the company into one of the largest independent mortgage banks in southwest Missouri.

Donald M. Headlee serves AG Financial Solutions (AGFS) as executive vice president of business development and investment solutions and chief business development officer. He oversees the asset gathering and investment activities of AGFS, which includes retirement planning and planned giving.

A graduate of Evangel University, Don previously served as vice president of First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Greene County (First Federal) headquartered in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. He began at First Federal in 1984 as a loan officer and was ultimately responsible for marketing, human resources and product development and implementation.

Don was actively involved in the Waynesburg community as chairman of the Greene County Memorial Hospital board, president of the Greene County Memorial Hospital Foundation and deacon and worship leader of First Assembly of God in Waynesburg.

Donny Johns has over a decade of experience in public and corporate accounting. He began his career with BKD, LLP, a CPA firm in Springfield, Missouri. He was hired as manager of General and Trust Accounting for AG Financial in 2001, and was later promoted to the position of controller. In 2004, Donny was appointed chief financial officer with the responsibility of the oversight of the financial and accounting operations of AG Financial Solutions and its affiliated entities. He assumed his current position as executive vice president, Corporate Services Group, in September 2005. Donny is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.
