Message from the Chairman
In response to revolutionary changes in the financial services industry, the Executive Presbytery, General Presbytery, and the entire General Council in session established AG Financial to serve our Fellowship. Over the last several years, AG Financial has far exceeded its goals, as the Lord of the Harvest has multiplied resources for His purposes. Our Board of Directors has committed AG Financial Solutions to the following values:
High Quality Professional Services
Recognizing that the financial services industry is highly technical and professional, AG Financial has combined the best resources available, including legal, accounting, investment, and fiduciary services, to provide our constituency outstanding investment products, planned giving services, capital consulting services, quality loan products, and other financial services that are competitive with the finest for-profit financial institutions available in our country.
Accountability
In an era of financial scandal and lack of accountability by some nonprofits, AG Financial and its four affiliated organizations, Ministers Benefit Association, Assemblies of God Loan Services, Assemblies of God Foundation, and MasterPlan Stewardship Campaigns, are fully accountable to the General Presbytery and the Executive Presbytery. Separately appointed boards closely monitor all activities, investment policies, and loan policies.
Stewardship
AG Financial distinguishes itself in all that it does with an underlying heartfelt commitment to biblical stewardship. The motto adopted by the Executive Team, staff, and the AG Financial Board of Directors is "directing God-given resources to God-given goals." I trust God that our pastors, churches, ministries, and constituents will be blessed as we incorporate biblical stewardship principles in our financial planning decisions.
