Lakeview Christian Center, Indianapolis, Indiana
Lakeview is a long-term Pentecostal church celebrating our 90th year this May. We’re a church in transition, focused on this generation and how to be effective in reaching families.
Our philosophy as a Pentecostal ministry in the 21st century is to be cutting edge to help people from the culture of our world into the body of Christ. This philosophy has driven the architecture of our building. The four key areas are children, youth, prayer, and fellowship. Our entire project was roughly $14 million, of which $12 million was borrowed from AG Financial Solutions. The only way we could have done this project was through AG Financial Solutions. We built a $5 million state-of-the-art youth facility. It has a 600-seat sanctuary, complete with lights, video, and all the latest worship technology. There is also a game room, a loft, café and video venue for them to go online. It has been phenomenal.
Main Street is our new foyer space which brought the two buildings together. It has a wonderful coffee bar creating an atmosphere that is fellowship-oriented. The spillover has actually brought a difference to our services as people stay longer and develop friendships. There’s an air of warmth, excitement, and fellowship that has changed us.
We are seeing the benefit of this step of faith in tangible ways, too. Our attendance is up by 300 people and our tithes and offerings are up by 11%.
AGFS Loan Solutions knows us far better than a bank or other lending organization. They have a vested interest in us. They really want us to succeed, and their whole frame of mind is our success, not their profits. In any project like ours, you inevitably will face difficult times. A Needed Partner

When our building program started here in Northern Orange County, we had a great vision to reach people, but no capital. We needed money, but more importantly, we needed a partner. Then I met the team at AG Financial Loan and Capital Solutions.
I have been in ministry here in California or 22 years. For 20 of those years all we had were rented buildings. This is our first time to have a building we can use for ministry seven days a week. We feel like a young couple going from apartment living into their first house. It is thrilling!
We bought a 38,000 sq. ft. industrial building in a growing part of our town that came with slightly more than two acres. Northern Orange County is not the easiest place to buy and build a church; generally property is more than a million dollars an acre. Yet, the people there need what we offer as a church as much as anywhere. The purchase and renovation of the building is about a $7 million project. Despite our great vision, we didn’t even have the $50,000 down payment. I felt like a batter in the batter’s box with no bat. AG Financial Solutions gave me the bat to swing for the fence.
AG Financial Solutions most likely were the only ones who would help us in this project. In spite of the obvious risk on paper, they had vision with us. They understand what we are doing and were willing to take the risk with us.
They showed me how to run a campaign and out of that process, I gained a new vision for mobilizing volunteers. We went from absolutely no resources for a campaign to hundreds of families binding together as a church, going above and beyond in making pledges. It has been amazing to watch; the spillover has caused an increase in the overall mission of the church. I don’t know if anybody else would have worked with us like AG Financial Solutions has. The risk they took and the expertise they have provided far exceeded my expectations. As a result, the church is growing and our debt is falling fast. This makes more resources available for ministry and ultimately brings more people into the kingdom of God.
