Which web browser can I use to see my accounts?
The online access system works with the current versions of Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer browsers.
Does the online access system work on Microsoft and Apple computers?
The online access system does work on both Microsoft and Apple computer systems.
I started to setup my account and now my new user ID does not work. How do I access my account?
Once you start to setup your account, please make sure to complete the entire setup wizard. If you start the process and close out of your browser before finishing, you will need to contact Customer Care at 1.888.300.0891 or email to have your online access account reset.
I logged onto my account and the screen says I’m not an authorized user. Why?
A secured session is created each time you log into your account. If the web browser detects no activity within 20 minutes the system will automatically “time out” and log you out. If you login again, you will have full access to your accounts.
Why can't I see my retirement account detail?
For the new online access system to work properly, make sure your browser is set to allow pop-ups for this site. A new window is automatically opened when accessing detailed retirement investment information. The Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer browsers all handle pop-ups differently. Please reference the help information provided by your browser to adjust these settings.
The “Go” button on the login screen does not work.
If you are using Firefox and the “Go” button on the login screen does not work, a newer version of Firefox needs to be installed. We have found versions of Firefox is 2.0.0.20 or older have this problem. To download the newest version, visit www.mozilla.com/en-US/.
Can I see my institution information online?
If your institution is not currently set up to activate your online access, go to www.AGFinancial.org/accountinfo. Your Employer Identification Number (EIN) will be your temporary login with the last four digits of your EIN serving as the password. You will then be taken through the online access setup where you will create a new login and password.
My online account is locked, what should I do?
Your account will unlock automatically after one hour and you will be able to login to your account. If you would like your account unlocked immediately, you can call Customer Care at 1.888.300.0891 (8:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday-Friday).
Does the new online access system work with other applications installed on my computer such as Money, Quicken or websites such as Mint.com?
The online access system currently does not support interfacing with any other applications or systems.
