In order to get a quote, we ask that you complete some basic information for us. Request a quote for Property and Casualty or for Life.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my bill or need to make a payment?
Church Mutual handles all of the billings, therefore you would need to contact them direct. The number to call is (800) 554.2642, then choose option 3.
How do I report a claim?
To get the claim process started, please call Church Mutual at (800) 554.2642 and choose option 2. This department will help you get the claim started as well as guide you through the process.
