— Case Management is a unique value-added loss control service created to proactively manage potential and existing claims for the purpose of mitigating and preventing claims.

Case Management works hand in hand with reactive risk management and loss control strategy. It also goes a step further and is designed to assist the ministry in the event a specific incident, report or claim is asserted. This includes:

  • General Liability claims – for example, a demand letter or complaint.
  • Sensitive Claims – for example, an allegation of sexual misconduct.
  • An incident that may lead to a claim – for example, an individual slips and falls while attending church.
  • A question about some matter that may lead to an incident or a claim – for example, a church discovers that a registered sex offender is attending services.
