Q: What is an "Offering Circular?"
A: The "Offering Circular" provides all the information you need to make an informed investment decision. It provides information on the history of the AG Loan Fund, the policies and procedures for the AG Loan Fund, and the last three years of Financials for the program. When opening your investment, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Offering Circular.
Q: What is the difference between the Fixed and the Adjustable Rate?
A: The fixed rate is a fixed interest rate for 5 years. It will not go up or down. The adjustable rate is subject to change monthly.
Q: Does my spouse need to sign the spousal consent?
A: Only if you are naming someone other than your spouse as a primary beneficiary.
Q: What is the difference between an IRA transfer and an IRA direct rollover?
A: A transfer is when you move an IRA to an IRA between trustees/custodians. A rollover is when you move money from a Qualified Retirement Plan, like a 401(k), to an IRA between trustees/custodians.
Q: What is an Indirect Rollover?
A: When you receive a check from your current custodian, then you have 60 days to send the check to us to qualify as a rollover.
