A: The "Offering Circular" provides all the information you need to make an informed investment decision. It provides information on the history of the AG Loan Fund, the policies and procedures for the AG Loan Fund, and the last three years of Financials for the program. When opening your investment, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Offering Circular.

Q: What is the difference between the Fixed and the Adjustable Rate?
A: The fixed rate is a fixed interest rate for 5 years. It will not go up or down. The adjustable rate is subject to change monthly.
Q: Does my spouse need to sign the spousal consent?
A: Only if you are naming someone other than your spouse as a primary beneficiary.

Q: What is the difference between a transfer and a rollover?
A: A transfer is when you move an IRA to an IRA. A rollover is when you move money from a Qualified Retirement Plan, like a 401(k), to an IRA.
Q: What is an Indirect Rollover?
A: Occasionally companies send your rollover monies to you instead of directly to us. If this happens you have 60 days to send the check to us.

New Roth IRA Accounts: Checks should be made payable to “AGCU” and returned to AG Loan Fund with the completed IRA Simplifier, IRA Investment Authorization Form and two forms of identification. Additional Contributions: Checks should be made payable to “ AGCU” and returned to AG Loan Fund with the completed Investment Authorization Form.
IRA Transfers: Complete and return the IRA Simplifier, IRA Transfer Request Form, IRA Investment Authorization Form, two forms of identification and a copy of your most recent IRA statement to AG Loan Fund.
Direct Rollovers from a Qualified Retirement Plan: Complete and return the IRA Simplifier, Direct Rollover Request Form, IRA Investment Authorization Form, any forms or paperwork required by the Plan Administrator, two forms of identification, and a copy of your most recent statement to AG Loan Fund.
Indirect Rollover from a Qualified Retirement Plan: Complete and return the IRA Simplifier, IRA Investment Authorization Form, IRA Rollover Certification Form, two forms of identification, and a copy of your most recent statement to AG Loan Fund.
Two Forms of Identification Required: Federal Law now requires two forms of identification for all investment owners and signatory(ies). Please include a copy of your photo ID (usually your driver’s license) and one additional form of identification from the list below: State ID Card, Military ID Card, Student ID Card, Voter Registration Card, SSN Card, Employee ID Card, Foreign Passport, Foreign Government Issued ID, US Passport, and Resident Alien Card.
