AG Financial Solutions

Dr. Kregg Hood is a senior vice president at AG Financial Solutions, where he leads the consulting teams for the Loan and Capital Solutions divisions.  Dr. Hood is a former senior pastor, missionary, and Christian publishing executive. He has written four books on tithing and Christian financial wisdom that have been used in more than 3,000 churches across the country.  Dr. Hood also serves on the adjunct faculty of the graduate school at Evangel University where he teaches marketing and public relations. He is also a frequent guest preacher in churches around the country and a contributor to a wide variety of Christian magazines and newsletters.

Dr. Hood earned his doctorate in instructional communication from Texas Tech University in 1987. He also holds masters degrees in both missions and preaching. His undergraduate degree included majors in Bible, biblical languages, and mathematics.

Dr. Hood’s personal ministry focus revolves around positive, practical, empowering preaching, teaching and writing on stewardship. He shares, “There is a fine art to communicating stewardship. You want to teach people God’s truth on all topics related to money. Sometimes that involves making needed changes in our lives, but God is on our side. He will always bless us if we will trust Him and His promises.”

Kregg and his wife, Karen, have two adult children. They make their home near Springfield, MO.

David Messner is the Director of Consulting for AG Financial Loan and Capital Solutions. David is a former communications pastor for James River Assembly of God in Ozark, MO and Calvary Temple of Indianapolis. David has also served as an associate pastor, youth pastor, and entrepreneur. Most recently David founded a design studio that focused on campaign development and creative work for national Christian organizations.

David’s personal ministry model is based in Exodus 35 where God sends a visionary leader a creative communicator to train His people and build the tabernacle. David’s focus revolves around partnering with ministry leaders and making their vision a reality through strategic communications and modern media. As a storyteller, he is passionate about discovering and communicating the story of God through the lives of his people. He also feels it is his mission to invest in others called to communicate God’s message by helping them find opportunities to grow in their gifts and express the Gospel in creative ways.

David and his wife Kara have two children. They live in Springfield, MO.

Roger A. Lane has distinguished himself as a leader in church and institutional fund-raising campaigns, with over 25 years of stewardship campaign development experience. Roger’s leadership abilities include team building, stewardship education, constituent faith-building, board leadership, and mentoring. He has a unique gifting in the area of major gift solicitation and is known by some as “Mr. Ask.”

While serving as vice president for development at North Central University, Roger designed and led the first capital campaign in the history of the college. He has conducted scores of campaigns across the nation ranging in size from $300,000 to $18 million. Some of the organizations served include EMERGE Ministries, Global University, Convoy of Hope, Minnesota Chi Alpha, Lake Geneva Bible Camp, Assemblies of God World Missions (Ethiopia), and numerous district projects across the nation. The churches he has served range in size from 400 to 6,500 members.

Roger is a graduate of North Central University and an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. He and his wife, Ann, reside in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Larry Russell has distinguished himself as a strong and effective communicator of biblical stewardship principles. His leadership, management, program development, and preaching skills have defined his years of ministry. Larry has served as a senior pastor, church business administrator, stewardship pastor, Christian university development officer, stewardship consultant, and co-founder of the MasterPlan Stewardship Campaign organization. He also has valuable experience in commercial banking.

To date, Larry has successfully directed over 160 stewardship campaigns for various capital projects. He has helped raise millions of dollars for annual church giving, building projects, mission projects, and church debt reduction. Many of these campaigns have been cross-denominational and cross-cultural, as well. In each and every case, the foundation principal for his work is that God wants to provide every believer with the grace of giving, just as the Apostle Paul wrote about in 2 Corinthians 8:1-7.

Larry is also an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. He and his wife, Nancy make their home in the Springfield, Missouri area.

Phil Drost brings outstanding experience, creativity and energy to capital stewardship campaigns. He also enjoys working with culturally diverse congregations of varying sizes and has inspired thousands to new levels of stewardship, while raising millions of dollars for the cause of Christ.

Phil holds a business management degree and real estate broker’s license. Phil and his family live in Bel Air, Maryland, close to the Chesapeake Bay where they enjoy boating, fishing and crabbing.

Randy Webb’s ministry experience includes more than 20 years as a senior pastor, executive pastor, staff pastor, and lay pastor in dynamic, growing churches. His work now allows him to maximize his background in the local church, business banking, consumer finance, mortgage lending, and stewardship to develop campaign plans that lead to successful conclusions.

Randy’s heart for pastors, combined with his diverse experience, have proven highly effective in helping pastors and church leaders make a difference in their communities. He has served almost 200 churches in capital campaigns, guiding them at pivotal points of strategic planning. His specialization in campaign follow-up has resulted in dramatically more effective campaigns, with churches experiencing pledge-to-budget results well above the industry average.

Randy and his wife, Donna, reside in the Richmond, Virginia area.

Jon Bennett, a twenty-four year veteran in ministry, works with some of the fastest growing and most dynamic churches in America.

Jon holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Michigan State University and a master’s degree from Reformed Theological Seminary. Jon and his wife Beth have three children and make their home in North Metro Atlanta.

Terry has a wealth of stewardship expertise and experience with a pastoral perspective. He has served the church as a senior pastor, presbyter, Teen Challenge founder/director, church planter, and missionary. He has a passion to serve the body of Christ in the area of stewardship ministry.

As a pastor, he served as the general contractor and director of five major building programs. Terry has witnessed financial and numerical growth as he has mentored congregations to understand and apply biblical stewardship principles. His heart for pastors and his experience in this specialized field of service allows him to help churches develop stewards who reach their God-given ministry objectives.

Terry has a degree in ministry from Messenger College and is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. He attends Central Assembly of God in Springfield, Missouri. He and his wife, Anita, make their home in Springfield, MO. They have two sons and two granddaughters.

Edward Davis brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his ministry as a stewardship consultant. He has helped to guide many multi-million dollar capital campaigns while serving as senior director for University Advancement at Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU).
