Kregg Hood

Dr. Kregg Hood is a senior vice president at AG Financial Solutions, where he leads the consulting teams for the Loan and Capital Solutions divisions.  Dr. Hood is a former senior pastor, missionary, and Christian publishing executive. He has written four books on tithing and Christian financial wisdom that have been used in more than 3,000 churches across the country.  Dr. Hood also serves on the adjunct faculty of the graduate school at Evangel University where he teaches marketing and public relations. He is also a frequent guest preacher in churches around the country and a contributor to a wide variety of Christian magazines and newsletters.

Dr. Hood earned his doctorate in instructional communication from Texas Tech University in 1987. He also holds masters degrees in both missions and preaching. His undergraduate degree included majors in Bible, biblical languages, and mathematics.

Dr. Hood’s personal ministry focus revolves around positive, practical, empowering preaching, teaching and writing on stewardship. He shares, “There is a fine art to communicating stewardship. You want to teach people God’s truth on all topics related to money. Sometimes that involves making needed changes in our lives, but God is on our side. He will always bless us if we will trust Him and His promises.”

Kregg and his wife, Karen, have two adult children. They make their home near Springfield, MO.
