The Trust Officer is a relationship manager position and is the primary contact for the ongoing administrative needs of our trust clients. This position will focus heavily on Charitable Trusts. They will handle all communication with donors including billing and distributions; review trust documents critical in handling questions from donors; review annual tax forms and assist with questions regarding IRS rules and regulations; assist with insurance needs, real estate issues, and assisted care needs. A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, is required for this position. Trust Administrator experience is preferred, in addition to, IRA knowledge, investment experience, and customer service. A CTFA (Certified Trust and Financial Advisor) certification is helpful. This will be a requirement to obtain while serving as a Trust Officer. Microsoft Office and Excel experience at an intermediate level is required.
This position is responsible to and reports to the Sr. Vice President of Client Services.
Account Executive – AG Financial Insurance Solutions
The Account Executive is responsible for targeting new business and growing existing client relationships and quoting and binding new and renewal business. They will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries regarding the Property/Casualty Insurance program. This includes, new and renewal business and endorsements, processing Certificates of Insurance and Evidence of property forms, billing, processing incoming and outgoing mail and handling routine correspondence. The candidate will also need to become proficient in the AMS360 Agency Management System, as well as other systems as needed. The candidate must also be a Licensed Property Casualty Insurance Agent and have intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows. HS Diploma or GED required.
This position reports to the Senior Underwriter/Office Manager.
Senior Account Executive/Underwriter – AG Financial Insurance Solutions
The Senior Account Executive/Underwriter will work as part of an efficient team with the Producers to benefit clients and to reach business goals. You will be responsible for customer inquiries and correspondence, processing monthly management reports, and overseeing reconciliation of monthly company commission statements. You will also serve as the Professional Standards Director for AG Financial Insurance which includes developing professional standards procedures, manuals, protocols, and providing training with staff. As the Underwriter, you will oversee routine correspondence from the company and agents, assist with adding new companies, maintain company relations, and ensure satisfaction of clients. This position will train and supervise other staff members involved in the underwriting process. A HS diploma or GED is required. The candidate must also be a Licensed Property Casualty Insurance Agent. The skills required for the position are to have intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel and to have excellent communication skills.
This position reports to the President of AG Financial Insurance Solutions.
Client Services Representative
Provide client service assistance to retirement and investment clients. Customer service experience is required. Financial background preferred. Must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and be proficient in Word and Excel. HS diploma or GED required.
