Client Services Representative
Provide client service assistance to retirement and investment clients. Customer service experience is required. Financial background preferred. Must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and be proficient in Word and Excel. HS diploma or GED required.
This position reports to the Client Services Manager.
This position works with the Senior Vice President of Marketing and other team leaders to develop and execute marketing projects. The Marketing Coordinator will manage assigned projects in a timely manner while staying within budget and maintaining brand consistency. This position will also provide analytical reporting that will measure the success of marketing initiatives, collaborate with the various Marketing team members, and occasionally support the Senior Vice President with special projects and tasks. The ideal candidate works well independently and in a team environment. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and a basic knowledge of marketing and advertising. Other requirements include strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and project management skills. They must have a knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), be detail-oriented, adaptive and have a willingness to learn and serve with a positive attitude and passion for ministry.
This position is responsible to and reports to the Senior Vice President of Marketing.
