Senior Accounting Clerk

The Senior Accounting Clerk is responsible for providing accounting services and for assisting the retirement team with day-to-day activities and special projects. Previous accounting experience and knowledge of Jack Henry 20/20 software and IBM queries is preferred. Ideal candidates must have a strong attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to work both individually and on a team. Post high school education in accounting or finance is preferred, a high school diploma is required.

This position is responsible to and reports directly to the Manager, Retirement and Operations.

Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Clerk is a key contributor to the overall success of the accounting process of AGFinancial. This position works closely with the Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to enter and process accounts payable, including processing online payments and other drafted payments. The Accounts Payable Clerk will assist in compiling reporting for other departments and will also assist with the annual budgeting process. Good office and communication skills, high organizational and prioritizing skills, and clerical and/or general office experience of at least 2 years is necessary. A high school diploma/GED is required.

This position is responsible to and reports to the Controller.
