Client Services Representative

Every client deserves to receive the very best customer experience possible. With top-notch people skills, the Client Services Representative is driven to provide accurate, efficient client care in the friendliest way imaginable. The candidate pays attention to detail for AGF retirement and investment clients, is comfortable with multi-tasking, and understands the benefit of continual learning in a team environment.

This position is responsible to and reports directly to the Client Services Manager.

Investments Accounting Clerk

The Investments Accounting Clerk position is responsible for processing all aspects of IRAs and investments, including set up of new investments, purchases, and reinvestments. A high school diploma or GED is required, as well as training or experience in Word and Excel for Windows. Business, Accounting or Finance classes preferred. Qualified applicants must be able to independently follow verbal and written instructions, be familiar with financial services terminology, and possess basic accounting knowledge. Must be analytical, accurate, able to maintain confidentiality, and have excellent attention to detail.

This position is responsible to and reports to the Manager, Investments Accounting.

Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing all invoices and payments while adhering to company policy and procedure. This position works closely with the Senior Accounts Payable Clerk and other members of accounting and is a key contributor to the overall success of our accounting process.

This position is responsible to and reports to the Controller.

Facilities & Maintenance Support

The Facilities & Maintenance Support position is responsible for assisting and overseeing the daily operations of our facilities ensuring that they are safe, well maintained, and operating efficiently.

This position is responsible to and reports to the Facilities Manager.

Manager, Retirement Accounting

The Manager, Retirement Accounting is responsible for accounting functions and supervision of accounting personnel responsible for various retirement plans. A bachelor’s degree in accounting and three years of accounting experience is required; previous management experience is preferred. Knowledge of retirement plans, related IRS regulations, and Jack Henry software is beneficial.
