After 19 years in health care administration, Randy left secular employment to serve as business administrator at Glad Tidings Church in Omaha. In 2001, Randy became Vice President of Underwriting for AGFinancial Church Loans, a position that provided exposure to all aspects of the lending process, as well as experience working daily with AG pastors and district officials to understand and address church financing needs. Randy was appointed Vice President for the North Central Region in 2006. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Missouri Southern State University and a master’s degree in health care administration from the University of Missouri in Columbia. He and his family live in the Springfield, Missouri area.
