Beginning Beginning January 1, 2027, paper statements will no longer be mailed. If your organization is already enrolled in Online Access, you're done. No action is required. Otherwise, please enroll by December 31 to ensure uninterrupted access to your monthly statements.
Here’s how:
- Download and complete both the Online Access Authorization form and the Authorized Agent form.
- Submit both completed forms (scanned documents or photos) via secure upload here.
- Once we receive your documentation, we will contact you to complete your enrollment.
