Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator assumes day-to-day responsibility for the Salesforce system including: overall system performance, data integrity, security, roles, profiles, permission sets, groups, queues, sharing rules and set up options. The candidate must have a functional and growing understanding of relational database design, SQL Syntax, theory of operation, and real world best practices. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Systems is preferred. Object oriented programming in PHP and Apex is highly desired.

This position reports to the Manager of IS/IT.


Accounting Clerk – Planned Giving

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for maintaining and processing daily activity of trust accounts. Duties include data entry and other clerical tasks, preparing distributions and annual tax reporting. Serves as backup for other team members as needed. Works closely with and provides customer service to internal departments. This position works both independently and on a team. Must be detail-oriented and familiar with Excel and Word. Accounting education and/or experience is preferred. High school diploma or GED required.

This position reports to the Manager, Planned Giving Accounting


Construction Loan Manager

The Construction Loan Manager will work with AG Churches, districts, and affiliated institutions as well as non AG churches and ministries as needed. This individual will be responsible for the protection of funds from which our loans are made, the administration of construction loans and general asset and collateral preservation. Minimum of 3 years’ experience preferred in some or all of the following areas: general construction, construction management/administration, project management, construction cost estimating/tracking, construction lending, construction loan review and disbursement, church construction and/or administration, property insurance claims, property condition assessments/inspections, and/or property management.

This position reports to and works directly with the Director, Credit and Loan Operations
