Mission Assure provides coverage for a broad range of activities.

Our Mission Assure program helps you take the what if out of church trips and events. At only $4.50 per person per day for international trips and $2.50 per person per day for domestic trips or outings, Mission Assure offers superior short-term insurance at an affordable price. And signing up is easy with our convenient online registration.

Accident Permanent Total Disability
$100,000 Benefit after 365 day waiting period and as long as participant is under age 70

Accident Medical Expense Benefit
$50,000 benefit with no deductible

Emergency Medical Expense Benefit
$10,000 benefit covers an injury or sickness requiring emergency medical and guarantee payment

Emergency Reunion Hospitalization Benefit
$5,000 maximum benefit covers one family member

Out of Country Medical Expense Benefit
$100,000 benefit with no deductible

Emergency Medical Evacuation
100% of covered expense as long as travelers are 100 miles or more away from permanent residence

Repatriation of Mortal Remains/Family Coordination
100% of covered expense as long as travelers are 100 miles or more away from permanent residence

$100,000 covered benefit, includes natural disaster evacuation

Contingent Foreign Auto Liability Coverage
$2,000,000 of auto liability outside of the United States where domestic coverages do not apply

Foreign Travel Liability Coverage

To Get Started

Each team coordinator is responsible for handling all team-related paperwork and submitting insurance payments. It is the responsibility of the applicant to accurately complete all required applications and forms and to ensure that they have been provided to the team coordinator for processing. Failure to do so will result in the prohibition of filing any claims. AG Financial Insurance Solutions will not be responsible or liable for any losses incurred by applicants failing to follow the prescribed procedures.

  • Download Mission Assure coverage forms and distribute to your team members to fill out

    Team Leaders/Coordinators: You must fill out the detailed description, dates, and locations of activities on the assumption of risk and parental consent forms prior to distributing to team members to complete. See example of description of coverage

  • Forms

    Collect all completed forms from each team member and keep on file at your church/organization. Completed copies of the Assumption of Risk forms (adults age 18 and up) and Parental Consent forms (minors below the age of 18) for each team member must also be scanned and uploaded in their entirety at the beginning of the Mission Assure application.

  • Complete the Mission Assure Application

In the event of a claim, suit, or loss under your Policy, contact your agent or broker. To report a claim, occurrence, accident, suit, loss, or injury to us, in accordance with and as provided in the respective coverage parts of your Policy, please use any of the following methods, and please provide the information listed below, as well as any information your Policy requires:
