Facilities & Maintenance Support

The Facilities & Maintenance Support position will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and safely. This role requires an understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems, along with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. The Facilities & Maintenance Support position will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and functional environment for all staff and visitors. 
 

This position is responsible to and reports directly to the Facilities Manager.

Investments Accounting Clerk

The Investments Accounting Clerk is essential in supporting our financial operations by processing activity for investment certificates and IRAs while assisting internal staff with daily tasks and client inquiries.

This position reports to the Manager, Investment Accounting.

Loan Processor and Compliance Support

The Loan Processor and Compliance Support position will assist in all aspects of processing and internal reporting of loans. This position will support compliance functions to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. They will also update insurance policies and endorsements in Salesforce and Jack Henry and present non-compliant situations during the Insurance Resolution meetings. 

This position reports to the Director, Credit and Loan Operations.

Construction Loan Administrator

The Construction Loan Administrator will be responsible for the management and administration of construction loan portfolios, including the review, processing, and disbursement of construction draws. Working closely with the Construction Loan Manager, this position ensures that all aspects of the construction loan process comply with internal policies and loan agreements. 

This position reports to the Director, Credit and Loan Operations.
