Dave uses his 45 years of ministry experience to assist congregations in building and expanding their congregations and facilities. Having been raised in South America, his second language, Spanish, also helps him serve churches in the Spanish-Eastern District of the Assemblies of God.

Dave pastored in the Pennsylvania-Delaware District for 28 years and in the Ohio District for 12 years. During his years as a pastor, Dave led churches through five different building programs. He has also served as a business administrator and pastor of education. He also directed two Christian schools.

Dave graduated from Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. He and his wife, Doris, live in Findlay, Ohio.

Bruce’s years of sales and marketing experience have taken him from success in the business world to a dynamic and effective ministry at AG Financial Solutions. God has opened many doors for Bruce to assist ministers and churches as they expand their ministries. His passion for the local church is easily seen as he shows them how to both qualify for a loan and pay it back in record time.

Bruce’s business experience includes work as vice president and president of three companies and as a financial consultant for various cities. His ability to “see the big picture” helps churches to stay on target as they look at finding options. Bruce attained his business marketing and administration education from William Carey College, Louisiana State University, and University of Michigan. He and his wife, Gayla, live in the Springfield, MO area.

Rich Hopping is a strong and well-qualified leader, which is apparent in his experience at every level of church and ministry leadership. Since being credentialed with the Assemblies of God, he has served in many roles in both the church and at the Northern California-Nevada District of the AG.

Rich has a strong personal emphasis on biblical financial stewardship, and is committed to assisting the local church to share vision and grow in biblical stewardship both corporately and member by member.

Rich is a graduate of Bethany University in Santa Cruz, CA, and he and his wife make their home in the Sacramento area.

Wendell Kruger is committed to ministry and helping pastors and churches fulfill their mission to reach more people for Christ. He has served the Northwest District of the AG as both a sectional and executive presbyter and as a member and chairman of the district’s Finance Committee.

Wendell has pastored for 26 years in Oregon and Washington, and has also served as a commissioner of a county public hospital district – three terms as board chairman. Wendell graduated cum laude from Northwest College in Kirkland, Washington, and has also attended the California Graduate School of Theology. He and his wife, LaDonna, make their home in Lacey, Washington.

Randy is an enthusiastic and creative leader with years of experience in business and ministry. He served in a number of positions at hospitals in Nebraska, and was chief operating officer of a major health care system in Omaha. After 19 years in health care administration, he left secular employment to serve as business administrator at Glad Tidings Church in Omaha.

In 2001, Randy became vice president of underwriting for AG Financial Loan Solutions. This position provided exposure to all aspects of the lending process as well as experience working daily with AG pastors and district officials to understand and address church financing needs. Randy was appointed vice president for the North Central Region in 2006.

Randy holds a bachelors degree in business administration from Missouri Southern State University and a masters degree in health care administration from the University of Missouri in Columbia. He and his family live in the Springfield, MO area.

Terry Steen has served in various church and ministry leadership roles, been a deacon and elder, written articles for publications, and been a district and national workshop speaker.

With over 24 years of finance and administration experience in banking, parachurch ministry, and the local church setting, Terry is committed to supporting the local pastor in any way possible. Terry has also held his Special Ministries License with the Assemblies of God since 1987.

Terry received his BBA from Evangel University, Springfield, MO and also holds a masters in business administration from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC. He and his wife, Karen, live in Tampa, FL.

Dave was born and raised in central New Jersey where he attended Metuchen Assembly of God. He holds a bachelor of science degree in economics from College of New Jersey. Dave has over 24 years experience in church lending and non-profit financial management.

Dave has worked extensively with the New Jersey District Council of the Assemblies of God with loan origination and financial management. In addition to the New Jersey District Council, Dave has consulted with hundreds of churches regarding cash management, stewardship, building programs, feasibility studies, and loans.

In 2001 Dave was instrumental in an extremely successful church planting initiative for the New Jersey District Council that planted over 40 churches during a five year period.

Dave and his wife, Elise, have three daughters. They reside in Raritan Township, New Jersey and are active members in a church plant they helped start in Branchburg, New Jersey.

Dave has a heart for church planting and continues to work with the New Jersey District Council in their church planting program.

Jason is very passionate when it comes to business and ministry and he brings many years of experience from both fields. Prior to joining AG Financial Solutions, Jason served as a youth pastor at his local church in North Carolina as well as athletic director for a Christian school. Before following the call to ministry, Jason served as the director of marketing for international product introduction with a firm in North Carolina. He knows the Lord provided the combination of ministry and business experience he has acquired for the purpose of serving the needs of churches today.

Jason's broad background, together with his passion and creativity, makes him a valuable resource. He loves hearing of the vision God has given a church and working together with them to turn it into reality.

Jason now lives in Springfield, Missouri with his wife, Angela, and their two children, Ryan and Hannah. They attend James River Assembly of God in Ozark, Missouri.

Jason Hopping joined the AG Financial Solutions loan consulting team in 2007, following a successful ten year consulting career in the computer industry. His business experience, coupled with growing up in the home of an AG pastor and district official, gives him both the ability and the desire to help churches reach their God-given vision.

Jason has an in-depth understanding of what it takes to finance a ministry's capital projects while maintaining the day-to-day operations. His consulting strategies always help position the church for long-range strength in ministry. He is both a friend and resource to pastors and church leadership groups.

Jason and his wife, both Evangel University graduates, reside in San Diego, California with their three sons.
