AG Financial Solutions

Prior to joining AG Financial as senior vice president of Investment and Retirement Services, Bob Lamb spent 3 years with Steward Capital Advisors, an investment firm established by AG Financial to offer faith-based wealth management solutions and the Steward family of faith-based funds. Bob is committed to serving the Assemblies of God fellowship with their investment, retirement, and planned giving needs.

Bob graduated from Chadron State College in Chadron, Nebraska, with a bachelor of science degree, and began his career with American Express Financial Advisors, where he received in-depth training in financial planning. He went on to start a successful financial planning practice in northwest Nebraska, developing an expertise in comprehensive financial planning and portfolio management. Bob currently holds his Series 63, 65, and 7 securities licenses and has completed his Certified Financial Planner designation (CFP).

Bob and his wife, Kaci, live in Nixa, Missouri. They have two children, Darian and Brayden. The Lambs attend a local church where they are active in a variety of ministries.

As a business development consultant, Kari utilizes her financial background while working with our clients to develop investment solutions to meet their specific needs. Prior to joining AG Financial Solutions, Kari spent three years with Steward Capital Advisors, an investment firm established by AGFS to offer faith-based wealth management solutions. She has also worked in the banking and insurance industry. Kari currently holds her Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.

Kari graduated from Evangel University with a bachelor of business administration in business management. She and her husband, Jeff, live in Springfield, Missouri, where they attend Hope Community Church.

Faith finds her role at AG Financial Solutions to be rewarding as she helps individuals allocate their God given resources. She began her career with a brokerage firm in Kansas City, Missouri, before joining AGFS. She currently holds her Series 63 and 7 securities license.

Faith graduated from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri, with a dual degree in business administration and marketing. She and her husband, Nathan, reside in Springfield, Missouri, where they are actively involved in their local church.

As a business development consultant, Matthew is committed to helping the Assemblies of God fellowship meet their investment and retirement needs. Prior to joining AG Financial Solutions, he spent five years in banking, most recently as a branch manager.

Matthew graduated from Oak Hills Christian College in Bemidji, Minnesota, with a degree in both biblical studies and pastoral ministries. He currently attends the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and will complete his degree in December of 2009.

Matthew and his wife, Susie, live in Nixa, Missouri. They attend Evangel Temple Christian Center where they are active in a variety of ministries.

Robert feels blessed to be able to help the people of God use the resources entrusted to them to fund the Lord's work. Prior to joining AG Financial Solutions as a business development consultant, Robert spent ten years working for a multi-national telecommunications company where he developed his business skills in the areas of sales, training and management. He also served for over six years in various churches as pastor or youth pastor. While working in the secular arena, he never lost his heart or passion for ministry, which led him to AGFS in 2007.

Robert graduated from Central Bible College in 1993 with a double major in biblical studies and pastoral ministries and is a certified gift planning associate. He will complete his second degree in business administration from Evangel University in January of 2010.

Robert and his wife, Tammy, who also works at AG Financial Solutions, live in Springfield, Missouri, and are active in their local church.

Phil finds great satisfaction and fulfillment in helping people find personal financial solutions that also serve Kingdom purposes. Before joining AG Financial Solutions, Phil spent 11 years in the furniture industry as a national sales and marketing manager. He also served as associate pastor at Evangel Temple Christian Center in Springfield, Missouri, for four years. As a business development consultant, Phil is passionate about serving the Lord, His church and His people.

Phil is a graduate of Evangel University in Springfield and comes from a rich family heritage within the Assemblies of God. His parents and both sets of grandparents served as Assemblies of God ministers. Phil and his wife, Gayle, make their home in Springfield where they continue to be active in several ministries at Evangel Temple Christian Center. They have a daughter, Ana, who is a student at Evangel University.

As a business development consultant for AG Financial Solutions, Brandon is committed to connecting the Assemblies of God fellowship with suitable investment solutions. He has valuable experience in working with churches and individuals, having recently served as a retirement planning consultant with MBA for nearly four years. Prior experience in banking and insurance also contribute to Brandon's broad knowledge of financial products and solutions. He relies on his experience and passion for financial stewardship to ensure that every client is treated with the utmost care.

Brandon graduated from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri, with a bachelor of business administration in management. He and his wife, Courtney, currently reside in Ozark, Missouri.
